Managing your subscription

Plans

Free — Up to 5 clients, forever. No credit card required. Includes all core features.

Starter ($39/mo) — Up to 50 clients, 1 team member.

Pro ($59/mo) — Up to 250 clients, 5 team members, custom branding.

Team ($129/mo) — Unlimited clients and team members.

Annual billing saves 2 months (equivalent to ~17% off).

Upgrading

Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade. You'll be taken to a Stripe checkout page. After payment, your plan upgrades immediately.

Downgrading

You can downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you're on a plan with more clients than your new plan allows, you'll need to archive some clients before the downgrade takes effect.

Cancelling

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current period. After cancellation, your account switches to the Free plan (5 clients). Your data is not deleted.

Invoices and receipts

All invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Invoice history. They're also emailed to your account email after each charge.

Payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not store card details — all payment information is handled by Stripe.
